Day 1: Havana
- Arrival in Havana International Airport, transfer to your accommodations.
- Check into Casa Particular.
- Brief meeting with your local guide and hosts in your casa particular to go over the program.
- Panoramic tour by American antique car of Havana
- Visit to art studio/community project of Cuban artist Jose Fúster
- Welcome dinner to sample Cuban specialties in small bites at a local restaurant, starting off with the classic Daiquirí cocktail.
- Return to the casa particular where you can “hang out” with the family or enjoy a digestif!
Day 2: Havana
- Breakfast at the casa particular
- Old Havana food and walking tour with stops along the way to sample some of the local flavors.
- Visit with local artisans and artists at the San Jose Craft market
- Enjoy a drink at the local “cervezeria” or microbrewery
- Cuban cocktail mixology class followed by a Cuban dinner
- Return to the casa
Day 3: Havana
- Breakfast at the casa
- Meet a Cuban chef and visit to one of the local produce markets
- Comprehensive Cuban cooking lesson followed by lunch
- Visit to a neighborhood community project for kids
- Return to the casa
- Free evening to enjoy dinner or a night out in Havana
Day 4: Havana
- Visit the Hemingway Museum
- Stop at a local farm where they grow and produce anything from root vegetables to sheep-milk cheeses.
- Enjoy a farm-to-table lunch featuring genuinely-grown and carefully-made Cuban food.
- Meet a Habanosommelier, a Cuban cigar expert, to experience a cigar and rum tasting
- Say adios to Cuba Culinaria, as you enjoy some Cuban music this evening at your farewell dinner, complete with a farewell cocktail and a 3-course meal
Day 5: Departure
- Breakfast at the casa
