      In booking your course, you agree to the following T&C’s.

      We understand that there are certain circumstances that are beyond your/our control. However as a small training provider, we have terms and conditions you need to agree to as part of booking a course with us or one of our third parties.

      PLEASE READ THESE CAREFULLY THEY FORM OUR CONTRACT TOGETHER

      • Since we may turn away other students to hold your place, any cancellations or reschedules with less than 30 days notice will result in 100% of the training cost being due/forfeited
      • To reschedule an in-person course there is a £50 admin fee, this must be requested at least 30 days before the start of the course date. This may not always be possible, and within 14 days the course is non-transferable. Only one change of date is permitted, and this can only be changed should other dates be available.
      • A booking fee towards the course cost is required to secure your place and bookings must be made in advance. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
      • Balances are due one month/30 days before your training date.
      • You have the statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period (the cooling-off period) commencing from the moment you book a course. Cancellations are not possible after this time. You will waive this right when you book a course due to commence in less than 14 days.
      • All requests within your cooling-off period for cancellations and changes must be confirmed in writing by letter or email to training@bodyandbrows.com
      • All course booking fees/deposits are non-refundable.
      • All materials supplied by Body and Brows must not be copied or used in any way without permission. All material is subject to copyright and must not be reproduced in any form.
      • Full payment must be made in full at least 30 days before the course (for some courses this may be longer - you will be informed in these circumstances)
      • Some of my courses include an online theory element. cancellations & refunds cannot be made after the theory sections are issued, as this marks the start of your training.
      • The online theory elements where applicable must be completed at leat 2 working days before your course commences. Body and Brows reserve the right to cancel your course in full when this pre-study has not been completed.
      • Body and Brows reserve the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid in time.
      • Students who act inappropriately or dangerously will be dismissed or asked to leave/can not continue their training.
      • Students may be required to pair up and work on each other.
      • All students are responsible for arranging their own clients/models to work on and demonstrate practical skills during the course unless otherwise advised.
      • Body and Brows reserve the right to alter course dates & venues at any time without prior notice. This is rare, and if needed we will give as much notice as possible.
      • All students must practice whilst on the course.
      • On occasions where Alice Kingdom is a trainer on behalf of another brand, their T&Cs shall apply.
      • Students must be dressed in a presentable manner in full salon work wear. If this is not possible a dress code of a plain t-shirt and trousers and flat closed-toe shoes must be worn.
      • Students must attend with short clean nails.
      • Certificates are issued on the day or electronically depending on the course. Those that are lost, misplaced or damaged and that require re-issuing will be chargeable at £20 per certificate required. You must provide the training date and your full name so we can identify your registration.
      • Insurance - ALL our courses are accredited, and insurance is available with the accrediting body or preferred insurer for those that meet the requirements. It is your responsibility to check and arrange your insurance and any relevant licensing or permits. No refunds or changes can be made where students have failed to check insurance requirements.
      • Your own insurance must be in place if your course requires unsupervised case studies.
