Referral’s Name

1. TUTORING HOURS: The End Result Tutoring is open for instructional services 7 days a week. Instruction hours are generally Monday through Sunday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM but we can accomodate you based on tutor availability.

2. ADMINISTRATIVE HOURS: Hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Calls made outside of these hours will be returned the following business day.

3. PAYMENT POLICY: Our payment policy is intended to eliminate payment issues so we can properly focus on your educational needs. The first lesson will be charged on the credit card provided at the time of scheduling. A credit card will be kept on file. Lessons are only payable by credit card. Unused lessons remain as a credit, do not expire, and are non-refundable.

We only accept Credit Card payments - The credit card on file will be charged at the time of the first scheduled lesson, either 1 session at a time (pay-as-you-go) or as a package (example, 10 sessions). If additional lessons are scheduled after the initial payment, the credit card will be charged on the following Monday. If a scheduled lesson is canceled per our cancellation policy found in paragraph 4, the residual amount will be automatically applied to the following month’s tutoring lessons.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY: Lessons will be charged as scheduled. There will be no charge if you cancel by 6:00 pm the day prior to the scheduled lesson. We can only work with clients that accept and respect this policy. Notification can be made by emailing: scheduling@theendresult.com or calling our Administrative Office.

5. HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: The End Result Tutoring is closed 3 days per year: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. If your appointment falls on any other holiday, during spring or winter break, WE ARE OPEN. You MUST notify our Administrative Office if you would like to cancel lessons, as per our Cancellation Policy in paragraph 4.

Tutor Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to 100% client satisfaction. If for any reason you would like to change the tutor we have assigned to you, please contact the administrative office. We will assign a new tutor. For quality assurance purposes, we do not allow our tutors to provide their personal contact information to students or parents. If you need to reach an employee, please call our Administrative Office.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

I understand that by checking the “I Agree to the Enrollment Agreement Terms” checkbox, I acknowledge that (1) I have read and that I agree to the enrollment terms and conditions, (2) I authorize The End Result Tutoring Centers to charge my credit card and that I am financially responsible for any balance.
