Rally Stars - Out of School Tennis Program
We appreciate organizations and individual members that work to ensure that tennis programs take place for our schools. We believe that all children and youth deserve access to high-quality out-of-school time programs that promote positive youth development and support the growth of tennis.
To receive the stipend:
1. A PE teacher at the school must have a current Tennis in PE class registered on usta.com.
2. The instructor/coach must be SafePlay approved.
3. Program is a minimum of 6 hours/sessions.
4. A minimum of 10 participants registered for your Rally Stars program.
5. If not using Serve Tennis, a participant form will be sent to you to complete. Information needed is first, last name and parent email.
STIPEND
If providers use Serve Tennis as a registration tool, they are eligible to receive a stipend of $750 per out-of-school time program (up to four (4) stipends) per calendar year, assuming they meet all other requirements.
- Participants must sign up for a FREE USTA Junior Membership or call 800-990-8782.
Using their membership number, the participants will register for the Rally Stars program to receive this stipend.
- If provider uses their own platform as a registration tool, they are eligible to receive a tier based stipend depending on the number of participants:
- 10 - 19 participants will receive a $250 stipend
- 20 - 29 participants will receive a $350 stipend
- 30 or more participants will receive a $500 stipend
- Each provider is eligible for up to four (4) stipends per calendar year, assuming they meet all other requirements.
- Providers must submit participant information (first & last name; parent email address) on or before the end date of their program.
- All participant information is kept confidential.
