  • ***If you are interested in renting any of our properties, you must be able to provide proof of Renters Insurance.***

    • The application process consists of employment verification, rental history, credit check, and background screening.
    • Once an application has been approved, it is valid for 30 days from approval for any of our properties. If your application is more than 30 days old, you will need to re-apply. (*New applicants only, existing residents do not need to re-apply)
    • All lease terms, unless otherwise noted, are for twelve months.
    • The move in date must be within 30 days of your application being approved.
    • The application fee is $80.00 per adult (age 18 and up) and is nonrefundable. The application fee must be paid before the application will be processed. Each adult must fill out an application. The application fee is not a deposit to hold the property you are applying for and is in no way a guarantee the application will be approved. 
    • Each adult (18 and up) living in the unit must be on the lease.
    • Security deposits, if not otherwise noted, are one and a half times the monthly rental rate. The Security Deposit can be higher (up to two times one month's rent) depending on the results of the application screening. Security deposits must be paid in full prior to move in.
