  • NOMINATING PROCESS

PSIA-AASI Board of Directors, Committees, Regional Boards, or PSIA-AASI members in good standing can nominate a candidate. Nominations are due to the PSIA-AASI Award Committee by November 31, prior to a proceeding board meeting for review and consideration. The PSIA-AASI Board of Directors’ Awards and Recognition Committee reviews and approves the nomination for submittal to the PSIA-AASI Board.
  • LETTER/LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION

Nominations must include the sponsor’s letter of recommendation. All letters of recommendation should be specific about the nominee’s accomplishments and provide information about the nominee that will assist in the nomination evaluation. When signing the nomination form and the letter/letters of recommendation, the sponsor certifies that he or she can vouch for the soundness of the nomination. The Awards and Recognition Committee affirms that its Committee members, who have verified the eligibility of the nominee in accordance with the award criteria, have scrutinized the nomination.
