FIELD DIMENSIONS: The recommended distances for outfield fences are 330 feet from home plate to the right field and left field foul poles; 375 feet in both right- and left-cent field; 400 feet in straight away center field. It is highly recommended that the outfield be enclosed completely by a solid and secure outfield fence. If possible, a permanent fence should be at least 6 feet high and preferably 8 feet high.

PRACTICE SITES
HOST agrees it shall provide auxiliary practice sites for the 10 participating teams within the host community at no cost to participating teams. Practice sites should be in the immediate area of the stadium complex or easily accessible. Practice facilities must be available to schedule team workouts and practice sessions before and during the tournament. Practice times and sites will be assigned by the tournament director.*

GAME UMPIRES
Please note the following NJCAA policies regarding umpires:
1. No umpire will be allowed to work more than two consecutive years at the Division II Championship. Each year a minimum of two umpires will be rotated out of the tournament. Whenever possible no umpire will be allowed to work behind the plate while the district he is from is playing. The assignment for the final two games will be at the discretion of the Tournament Executive Committee (including the NJCAA Representative)
2. All games at the national championship tournament are to be played with a minimum of three umpires.
HOST is responsible for the contracting and assigning of game umpires for the championship. All umpires must be recommended to the tournament director. Recommendations must include a letter, resume' and references. The coordinator shall check the references and assign acceptable prospects to the available list. The coordinator will check specific availability prior to formal approval by the NJCAA.*

PHOTOGRAPHY
HOST is to provide an official photographer and photography services to include reproduction, sales and distribution. The name and contact information for the photographer must be provided to NJCAA HQ staff at least one week prior to the start of the event. Immediately following the conclusion of the championship, the photographer is required to provide the NJCAA access to ALL PHOTOS (high-res) taken at the event free of charge for use on the NJCAA website, publications and promotional materials. BROADCAST POLICIES
All broadcasting rights (radio/tv/internet) of NJCAA Championship Events are exclusive to the NJCAA and the NJCAA will have final authority over all broadcasts.*

The NJCAA reserves the right to broadcast any of its championship events on its official digital network – NJCAA TV (www.njcaatv.com). The HOST will be asked to assist in securing high-speed, dedicated internet lines to be used for video streaming as well as necessary electrical needs. The NJCAA has the exclusive rights to the final broadcast product and how/when/where it is distributed. Should a Host choose to video broadcast its event, it first must get approval from the NJCAA and agree to production standards established by the NJCAA.*
