Troop Trip and Activity Notification Form

If you have taken the required Trip and Overnight Planning Training, you are approved to coordinate trips following the council guidelines and Safety Activity Checkpoints. Simply submit this notification form:

One Month Prior to Trip:

Day trip - more than 100 miles from your regular meeting location (except when you reserve a Girl Scouts of Western Ohio property or participate in a staff-led event)
Overnight trip - 1 to 4 nights (more than 100 miles)
High Risk Activity

Six Months Prior to Trip:

Extended trip - 5+ nights
International Trip
