The Jerome Lohez 9/11 Scholarship Founation is the only charitable organization established after the 9/11 tragedy that is dedicated specifically to promoting educational and cultural exchange among the United States of America, France and China. The Lohez Scholarship program awards to students regardless of their nationalities participating in duel-degree programs in Universities that are associated with the Lohez Foundation.
