• WNGDR Dog Adoption Application

  • Woah Nellie Great Dane Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused great danes. WNGDR is completely funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive complete medical care, which includes worming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering, etc.

  • This questionnaire is designed to help WNGDR and yourself determine if a specific dog is the right one for you and your household. All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. WNGDR reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions!

    I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of any WNGDR animal adopted by me.

    I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless WNGDR and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the adopted dog.

    I accept full responsibility for the dog(s) actions at all times, and release WNGDR from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of adopting such dog(s).

    I agree to have WNGDR complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection as well as possible random home visits to be able to approve my adoption application.

    I agree that if I'm unable to care for the dog(s) anymore that I will return the dog(s) to WNGDR and try to give WNGDR a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster or adopter for the dog(s).
