Corporate Account

Note:  If you are a company requiring accredited inspectors to lodge on your behalf you will need to apply for a Corporate Account.  In this case, each inspector will need to have their own individual accreditation through Elmhurst (by them completing this Thermography & Ventilation Scheme Application form) before you will be able to add them as a member to your Corporate Account.

Please read and fully complete this application, providing us with all the information required. Insufficient detail and missing documents will result in applications being delayed.

Fees

There is an Annual Registration Fee of £265 + VAT per Inspector.

Following receipt of your applicatoin you (or the bill payer if you will working on behalf of your employer/another organisation) will receive a 30-day invoice at the end of the month.

This is where you will tell us whether you are an individual working for yourself, a company owner, or you are working for a company.

Elmhurst Energy Systems Ltd will provide Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance as part of these Schemes (Terms & Conditions apply).

All applicants who wish to lodge reports must complete this section in full and provide the supporting documentation.

Thermography Applicants Only

It is a requirement of the Elmhurst Thermography Scheme that you have been subjected to a Basic Disclosure check within the past 3 years.

Please attach a colour copy of your Disclosure Certificate, or post a colour copy to us. 

A minimum of a `Basic Disclosure` is required but either a `Standard` or `Enhanced Disclosure` will be accepted.  The Basic Disclosure Certificate is requested and paid for by the applicant.  Please apply using the link below:

Verification

Please provide a colour copy of either your in-date passport, photo card driving licence, or Government-issued UK Residence Permit.  Please also enclose a passport size photograph with your application.

Photographs must be;

• In colour, not black and white

• Taken with your eyes open and eyes must be clearly visible

• Free from reflection or glare on your glasses and free from red eye

• Forward facing, and looking straight ahead

• Taken of the full head, without any covering

Payment of invoices by direct debit is free, non direct debit payments are subject to a surcharge of 3% (minimum of £3.00). We are now able to accept paperless direct debits.  If you would like to sign up to direct debit please email accounts@elmhurstenergy.co.uk stating your account number.  We will then send you a link which you will need to complete with your bank details. You will then receive a confirmation email letting you know you have successfully set up your direct debit. 

Applicant Declaration

By completing and submitting this document I declare that all the information provided is accurate and truthful.   If successful, I promise to abide by the Elmhurst Energy Code of Conduct and will ensure any Terms, Standards or Codes that are currently defined and may be specified in future, are followed.

If successful in my application I also agree to visit the Elmhurst Energy website on a regular basis (at least monthly) to ensure that I remain aware of any changes to the Terms, Standards or Codes that apply to the Scheme.

I confirm that I have discussed this application with the bill payer who has agreed to pay all charges and submission fees for work I do on their behalf.  If this comes into dispute then I agree to pay the account myself pending resolution.

I also confirm that the equipment used for inspections has been calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and has a valid, traceable certificate of calibration.
