1) Museum staff receives completed form
2) Museum staff confirms requested date is available and sends an invoice
3) A nonrefundable desposit of 10% of the total is due 10 days before scheduled date.

Scheduling Requirements

Reservations must be confirmed with a paid deposit 10 business days prior to reserved date. This deposit is 10% of the total reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation, however if the weather forecast is poor prior to your groups attendance our Tree to Tree management team will call with the option to cancel for a full refund, or reschedule.
Final payment is due 3 days before the scheduled arrival date.
If severe weather moves in after your groups arrival, you will be given the option to reschedule.
No refunds or rainchecks will be given once guests have started the course. No exceptions.
Must be 18 years of age or older to fill out their own waiver
Minors must have a parent or Court Appointed Legal Guardian fill out waiver for them. (Not grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, siblings, step parents unless they have Court approval)

Once completed, waivers are valid for 8 months, but only good for a single use.

Course Rules

The courses are divided into 3 different tickets between 4 different zones
Footwear is required. Shoes must be closed, secured and athletic. No sandals, flip flops, crocs, five toed shoes, etc.
No skirts or dresses. Must have shorts or pants.

Group contact is responsible for ensuring that guests know Course Rules. Waivers must be signed prior to course experience.
