    Before completing the Collectors registration renewal form, please make sure you have the following documents in PDF format: your Civil and Environment Insurance Certificate and your Government issued Operation permit(s) (if applicable). All above mentioned documents must be attached to the following collectors registration renewal form.

  • SOGHU's return incentive (RIs) claims and annual statements must be submitted for Quebec only. You must be able to determine the quantities of collected products and their inventory for each province.
