    IBWA is the authoritative voice on all issues concerning the bottled water industry and the leading resource for bottled water information and facts. Founded in 1958, IBWA’s membership includes U.S. and international bottlers, distributors, and suppliers. IBWA works with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which regulates bottled water as a packaged food product, and state governments to set stringent standards for safe, highquality bottled water products.

    IBWA’s Mission Statement: “To serve IBWA members and the public by championing bottled water as an important choice for healthy hydration and lifestyle, and promoting an environmentally responsible and sustainable industry.”

    Since March 9, 2017, the news has been official. IBWA and the Beverage Marketing Corporation (BMC) issued press releases on that day announcing that bottled water has outpaced carbonated soft drinks to become the largest beverage category, by volume, in America. That means bottled water is now the Nation’s favorite packaged beverage.

  • IBWA’s award-winning, bimonthly magazine, Bottled Water Reporter (BWR), is the only trade magazine in the United States that exclusively targets the bottled water industry.

    IBWA has proudly been offering digital editions of its magazine
    online since 2009- reaching 33,000+ reads per issue.

    Issues are additionally mailed directly to IBWA members and nonmember subscribers six times a year, and are printed on 8.5”x11”, full-color, glossy stock pages. Primary reader of the issue is the Owner, President, CEO, etc.

    Bonus distributions occur during the IBWA Annual Business Conference and Trade Show and the IBWA June Board of Directors and Committee Meetings.
