I agree to treat the event facilities and everything inside and outside of it with the utmost respect and privilege.

 

I agree to treat all participants with the utmost respect. I will treat others how I want to be treated.

 

 I will absolutely not be involved in any kind of drama, gossip or confrontations at this venue. If I am involved in anyway I run the risk of getting penalized under the “three strike” rule.

 

 I understand the “three strike” rule is if I receive three strikes for any reason I will no longer be welcome to attend any of the remaining dances for the year.

 

 I have read, (on website) understand and agreed to obey the dress code when attending. 

 

 I understand that I am expected to clean up after myself and leave the venue in better shape than I found it.

 

I understand and am willing to help out cleaning up after dance is over if time permits. And to always clean up after myself throughout the evening.

 

I understand I am only permitted to be in the authorized areas of the PCC building. The auditorium or the bathroom unless given specific permission to be somewhere else.

 

I understand that I am responsible to arrange my own ride situation to and from the dance. I agree to be picked up or leave from the dance facility no later than 10:30 pm.

 

I understand that if my dance card membership is revoked under the “three strike” rule or for any other reason there are no refunds of any kind.
