Silver Award Final Report

This Final Report assists GSEMA in collecting important details of the project and to begin our Silver Award final review process. This form can be used for projects completed by a group or an individual Girl Scout.

Before submitting the Final Group Report, please:

Work together with all the girls in the group to answer each question. For your convenience, you can find a copy below to print, but please return to this jot form to fill and submit.
Collect pictures, documents and other files you'd like to share with GSEMA.

Once you have submitted a Final Group Report online you'll receive a receipt with a copy of your report for your files.
