Please note: All requests are subject to final approval. It is the responsibility of the Overseer of this event to make contact with the department heads for your service needs, fill out a matrix/budget and plan meetings to ensure the success of your event.
If there are any damages, it is the responsibility of the contact person for any repairs or replacements. Please make sure all personal items are removed from the room after use; the church is not responsible for any lost items.
Contact person is required to provide enough people for set-up, break down, clean up, open & lock up.
Building Usage Forms MUST be submitted no less than 30 days prior to the date of the event.
Event Matrix/Budget should be submitted no less than 14 days prior to the date of the event.
