• Holiday Market at Hermann Park Vendor Application

    Thank you for your interest in the Holiday Market at Hermann Park. Please follow the steps below to apply. To apply to become a vendor, please complete the form below. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Fields that are marked with asterisks are required. Applications must be accompanied by product photos.   • Market Location: 6200 Hermann Park Drive, Houston, Texas 77030. This is an OUTDOOR market in front of the MAIN entrance to the Houston Zoo on Hermann Park Plaza. Vendors MUST bring a WHITE 10' x 10' pop up tent. 

    Hours: 3pm - 8pm

    Our Flea team reviews each application and picks the businesses and makers that best reflect our aesthetic. We are looking for interesting products, including, but not limited to artisanal, handmade, vintage, and original art.  

    Accepted applicants will receive an invoice for booth fees (booth fees are next to dates below) and have 5 (five) calendar days to pay the invoice in full or else spots will be forfeited. Because of the volume of applications we receive, we require a non-refundable $10 application fee. Please note that application fees do not apply to booth costs, if accepted. Vendor spaces are limited and we cannot hold booths for vendors with outstanding invoices. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Hermann Park Conservancy. 

    Please note that conditions are subject to change. 

    Electricity is provided. Please you MUST bring your own lights and extension cords. Only LED lights are permitted. Electricity is for low voltage use only (LED lights and charging phones, etc). Heaters are NOT allowed. Please note that violation of this policy will result from forfeiture of fees and exclusion from future events--high voltage devices will result in loss of electricity for the whole event). 

    White tents are REQUIRED. For this event, the venue requires that all vendors use white 10' x 10' pop up tents. 

    Trash. This event takes place in Hermann Park and we must be respectful of the space--you must take out all your trash; nothing is to be left behind once the market closes at 10pm.
