Please fill in the form below. ALL sections with a star (*) MUST be completed before submission.
This form allows you to update certifications required by USA Swimming to maintain your member in good standing status as a Coach or Official.

Please keep in mind that updating your credentials is not an automatic process. The Snake River Registrar needs to manually verify the credentials in Swims.

Please submit new credentials in a timely manner.

There is no grace period for expired credentials -- if a credential expires and is not updated, your membership is invalid: you will have no status to be on deck in any capacity as a coach or official.

16 & 17 year old Junior Coaches do NOT need a background check UNTIL they reach the age of 18. Once the Junior Coach turns 18, he/she has 30 days to complete the required Background Check.

ALL non-athletes are required to maintain a current Background Check: log into your USA Swimming account and select the Education tab

ALL non-athletes, including Junior Coaches, must maintain current certification in Athlete Protection Training: log into your USA Swimming account and select the Education tab
