Dear Sifus, Brothers and Sisters,

Following with Sifu’s guidance this seminar in Montreal is our regular yearly training program and it will be open to all Instructors, HSG Instructors, WST instructors and Disciples worldwide.

In the Spirit of cooperation these seminars will be taught free of charge for all HSG, WST Instructors and Disciples.

All participants will be offered a free of charge place to sleep at the Chan Family Center Retreat if they wish to save the hotel expenses. Sleeping quarters are a 5 minute walk from the training and parking location. Please remember to bring warm clothing and a change of shoes, for the evenings. There is a clothes dryer available if things get wet .

We will also have all meals provided for the cost of food only fee. We will ask volunteers to prepare the meals as we have done in the past.

Arrival Day: Friday August 22, 2025 or Saturday August 23, 2025 ( morning)

* If flying into Montreal, you need to arrive on Friday August 22, 2025

Training Dates: Saturday August 23, 2025 and Sunday August 24, 2025 , Total 2 days.

Departure : Seminar will be completed by 6 pm Sunday August 24, 2025

Sleeping Arrangements can be made for Friday August 22 & Saturday August 23 and Sunday August 24, 20225 evening (for those taking flights that are not leaving till Monday August 25, 2025.

Cost: the seminars will be free of charge for all participants / donation will be accepted for the costs of the meals

I will stay in a hotel. Alila Hotel in Morin Heights, Quebec Canada is closest to the seminar location. Link will be sent after submitting the registration.I will accept free accommodations . Thank you for arranging. Accommodations are in the upper level of a newly constructed boathouse. Can sleep 15-20 people . It is one big room. Local members need to bring a sleeping bag. We can provide blanket to those travelling via plane. We also have some tents for those that want to set up a tent to sleep . Blow up mattresses are available and blankets as well. For those flying you do not need to bring blankets, etc. We will. have all of that for you . Please make sure to bring a water bottle ( refillable)

Please indicate what meals you will be participating in as we will plan ahead in what we need to shop for. There is no fee for the food.

Do you have any allergies to food? or are you Vegan? etc. Please list so we can try to have another option of food..If vegan give us ideas on what you can eat so it's easier when buying food.

We are keeping costs down as low as possible ; however the actual cost of food has to be factored in. Consider a donation for meals if you can : $5 per meal or something like that. If not do not worry.
