  • WCN Building Use Request Form

    Your request will be lovingly processed in the order it is received and you will receive an email confirmation (please see the request policies below). Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. We'll do our best to review and coordinate the logistics of your request as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience. 

  •  FACILITY REQUEST POLICY

    1. Requests must be submitted via the electronic request form at least one month in advance of event.
    2. Requests can only be made 3 months in advance of the event.
    3. Requests will be approved in the order received falling within our heirarchy policy.
    4. Groups requesting to use the Gym will be allowed two (2) hour slots per week with the exception of Saturday determined on a case by case basis.

  • Disclaimer

    It is always our intent to make our facility available to the community as requested and reserved! We will do our very best to accommodate your request but reservations are not 100% guaranteed. We will make every effort to give you as much notice as possible but please understand, as needed, we may need to cancel a portion or all of your reservation.

  • Equipment/Tech Requests

    If you are requesting the Sanctuary and would like to use the sound/screens/microphones you will need a technician(s). A separate form will be required upon submission of your Building Use request to determine your technical needs.

  • Door Access/Schedule

    For YOUR safety and the security of the building doors will be unlocked for setup, if needed, 15 minutes before/after the requested start time of setup. Doors will be unlocked 15 - 30 minutes before/after the requested start time of your event. If people need to get in/out outside of the door unlock time, please let people in/out as needed, but please DO NOT prop the doors open. Doors to enter will be assigned by the church for safety and security purposes and provided via the confirmation.

  • Fees

  • While WCN does not charge "rental" fees to use the building, we do request payment for individual services provided for each event.

    Please contact the Church Office for associated fee information.

    • Fees are charged per use.
    • Groups not associated with WCN require a WCN Host and there is a fee to be paid directly to the host.
    • Any groups requesting the use of the Sanctuary or Auditorium require a WCN Tech (there is a fee to be paid directly to the tech). 
    • Groups of 50 or more will be required to pay a custodial fee. Custodial fees are paid to WCN.

  • Please understand that fees are subject to change based upon event needs. 

    Fees due will be provided in the confirmation email.

    Host fee: $50 (up to 4 hrs) $25 per additional hr
    Overnight Host fee: $200
    Custodial fee (50 guests or more): $100
    Overnight Custodial fee: $100
    Sound Technician: $100 (up to 4 hrs) Additional fees per hr
    Light Technician: $100 (up to 4 hrs) Additional fees per hr
    Visual Technician: $100 (up to 4 hrs) Additional fees per hr

    *Member is designated as the host and is expected to complete the host responsibilities as outlined.
