PARADE ENTRY HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I/we assume all risk of bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury that I/we may incur in participating in the Homecoming Celebration Parade and I/we, for myself/ourselves, my/our child/children, my/our heirs, executors, and administrators do hereby forever waive and release any and all claims against and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sul Ross State University Homecoming Committee, Sul Ross State University, the Texas State University System, the City of Alpine, employees, agents, representatives, successors, or assigns of any kind from any and all claims which may be made for any cause whatsoever arising as a result of or in connection with my/our or my/our child’s/children’s participation in the Sul Ross State University Homecoming Parade.

By signing and dating this agreement I/we acknowledge that I/we have read, fully understand, and agree to all of the Hold Harmless Agreement and that I/we am/are authorized to do so.*
