    Sell 1000+ items = 45% Profit 

    Sell 600 - 999 items =40% Profit 

    Sell 400 – 599 items= 38% Profit 

    Sell 201 – 399 items = 33% Profit 

    Sell 200 items or below = 30% Profit 

    Pies must be ordered by the case  

    8" pies are 15 per case

    11" pies are 8 per case. 

    Groups are charged for the additional pies to fill cases.  Your group will receive a profit on these pies.  Ideas to distribute the extra pies!

    We recommend an active selling period of 2-3 weeks. During this time, collect orders and payments made out to your organization. Your fully completed order must be submitted 3 weeks before your scheduled delivery week.

    Once we receive your order, we will arrange the exact delivery date. The order will be delivered in bulk to a single location.

    An invoice will be sent to you prior to delivery, and payment is due via school check, cashier's check, or money order. The best part? Your group keeps the profit immediately!

    Please Note:  Delivery fees will apply if your order is less than 400 pies.  We do not mark up freight charges.

  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:  All dates are subject to your final approval with signature on this contract.  I have the rightful authority to contract for the organization named above and accept full responsibility for the terms of this contract and the care of any fresh perishable foods that will be delivered to my organization. Customers not in a fresh delivery territory will have product shipped from our warehouse with products departing at -0 degrees and packed with dry ice to sustain viability of our products.  Delivery appointment will be set-up by third party carrier with your group; we are not responsible for delivery delays due to traffic, weather, or the act of God, or COVID delays.  Deliveries must be accepted if the carrier has made an appointment with you, if the shipment is turned back for any reason a $325.00 minimum re-delivery/holding fee will be imposed above and beyond any current delivery charges.  Discrepancies, missing items, damaged items will be handled post-delivery by Profit $ense, Inc. and must be reported to Profit $ense, Inc. within two business days after delivery, no adjustments will be accepted after this timeframe.  Furthermore, Profit $ense, Inc. and its entities cannot be held responsible for possible fraud or loss to the above group from the sale.  You are responsible for payment from your group and cannot withhold payment for the products.  We are not responsible for underachieving sales and any related shipping charges as noted above. The individual signing this contract understands all terms and conditions and will be accountable for payment of goods by the date due.  In the event of default of payment all litigations will take place in the State of Michigan which includes all attorney and court fees.   An interest charge of 15% per month will be added to overdue accounts.  There will be  no charge to the group if the group cancels before brochures are shipped. If brochures are already enroute or/and group does not follow through with an order by the order due date, the group will be charged $150.00 minimum processing fee + cost of brochures, plus any other charges occurring.  Orders less than the 400 items minimum will be charged shipping and scheduled delivery date may need to be rescheduled by Profit $ense, Inc. to accommodate smaller size of order.  Profit $ense acknowledges the challenges of fundraising deliveries and will work with you to the best of our ability. I understand these terms and conditions and would like to proceed with the fund raiser.
