Thank you for wanting to be a part of the Penngrove Market's 2nd Annual Art and Craft Fair! We are excited to continue this tradition of supporting our local school and community! Please fill out both sides of this form. There are a limited number of table spaces available and the application period will close when full, or by October 12, 2019. Please make sure all items are handmade. Forms that are not completely filled will not be accepted. Please return this application via email or to the front counter at Penngrove Market, attention Shaina, along with $40 non-refundable entry fee of cash or a check made out to FOPPTA, (Friends Of Penngrove Parent Teacher Association). Vendors will be asked to donate one item for a raffle, with both the raffle and entry fees benefitting Penngrove Elementary School.
