      The three types of acceptable ID are:

      • Driver’s License (all states)
      • Australian or Overseas Passport (all states) Proof of Age Card (All states except NSW) NSW Photo Card (NSW Only)
      • Key pass Card (Vic and SA only)


      Ensure that when presented with ID you;

      • Examine it in a well-lit area removed from holder.
      • Photo matches customer, feel around photo to ensure no tampering, look for bumps, wrinkles and bubble.
      • Check the date of birth, Calculate customers is 18 years of age (documents are issued to persons under 18).
      • Check security features such as holograms are present.
