Butte College Student Senate Agenda Request Form
The Butte College Student Senate* Board meetings are held on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Tuesday of the month at 2 p.m.

*previously known as Associated Students.

Currently all meetings are held at the Butte College Main Campus in The Nest CC 151.

If you would like to add an item to the Student Senate Board meeting agenda, please complete the S.S Agenda Item Request Form no later than 12 p.m. on the Thursday prior to the meeting you wish to be heard.

*You may skip this page if funding is not applicable for your agenda item. The Butte College Student Senate (BCSS) budget is made up of the Student Activity Fees paid by students each semester. The BCSS Board is responsible for the responsible oversight and use of these funds. Their goal is to support student-oriented projects, events, and research at Butte College that motivate and inspire students through education, activism, community building, civic engagement, travel, and leadership development. Only select request for funding will be heard during regular SS Board meetings. Most funding requests are reviewed through the SS Grants Program for campus projects, events, and/or travel. Please refer to our SS Grants webpage for more information. Funding requests over $2,500 may not be approved in a single meeting. In these cases, the item will be reviewed at the first meeting and a decision may be made in a secondary meeting the next week or at another date in the future.
