To be completed by the guest (or parent/guardian for minors). Please note that over student breaks no guests are allowed to stay overnight. Forms must be submitted atleast 24 hours in advance to make room for approval time.

Grove City College students are permitted to have guests on campus overnight under the following conditions:

1. An overnight guest is limited to a stay of no more than 2 consecutive nights and no more than 7 total nights in a semester.

2. No guests under the age of 12 years old (including family members) are permitted to stay in a residence hall overnight.

3. If a guest is under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian must complete this form.
