Vendor Information
Set-Up/Take Down
- Set-up begins at 9am and must be completed by 10:45am.
- Take down is after 3:00pm (if you sell out of all your items earlier please talk to one of the organizers before going home).
- Tables provided are half a 6” x 2.5” table (shared with another student seller.
- Tables are assigned to the vendor by the organizers of the market and therefore a vendor cannot change their tables
- Vendors cannot move provided table unless they have permission from the organizer.
Parking
- For set-up and take down, please feel free to park in the teacher’s parking lot right out the front doors of the school.
- Once you are set-up, please ask Mom and Dad to move the car to the street as we would like to leave the closest parking spots for customers. If customers can’t find parking then they might not stop and shop.
Financial Matters
- Ensure that you bring enough change for your sales.
Acceptance:
All applications are juried via the submitted photos. Applying for the market does not guarantee you a spot. Once acceptance letters have been sent out, vendors have 2 weeks to pay for their table.
