Please attach the contract and required documents to prove eligibility based on residencey, student status, or employment.

We ask for a copy of the medical insurance card in the event of a medical emergency during the competition week. Our hostesses keep these secure and with them at all times to ensure the fastest care for a candidate in the unlikely, but possible, need of medical care.
