MY MISSIONS COMMITMENT

Missions Giving (1Co 16:1-2; Php 4:10-19; 2Co 8:1-15; 9:1-15) is over and above the tithe and directly supports world missions. God orders every believer to give to missions as He has prospered you (1Co 16:1-2). You may voluntarily give beyond that by making a sacrifice (Php 4:18) or even by giving beyond your means (2Co 8:8) making you a gospel partner with missionaries (Php 1:5) and providing fruit in your heavenly account (Php 4:17).

The giving commitment is a one-year, personal promise between the giver and God. It is not a financial contract; the church will not come to collect, and the commitment is made anonymously. This commitment is made in faith that God will enable me to give more than I thought I could give while meeting all my needs.

1. First, give every part of your life to the Lord (2 Co 8:5).
2. Ask God what He would want to give through you this year for world missions.
3. Promise God what you will give Him. Complete and submit this card.
4. Give cheerfully and faithfully as God enables you.
5. Pray in faith that God will supply, and give Him thanks as He does.
