Glen Street: from Centennial Circle, north to the Civil War Monument.
City Park: from the Glen Street and Bay Street sidewalks, toward the bandstand.
The Spooky Dance Area:
This area will be on Glen Street, in front of the Wood Theater Building, from curb
curb. This year, we will use portable barricades
keep a few feet of sidewalk clear for people
will have a space in Candy Lane. This trick or treat zone runs down Glen Street, south of the Spooky Dance performance area. Bring a portable table, chair, 3000
5000 pieces of candy, small toys or prizes
give away at your space, and whatever supplies
may need for two hours. A/C power is not available in Candy Lane.
Glens Falls Collaborative Member organizations may participate at no charge.
Non-Member organiations may participate by registering and paying $50. *

I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Glens Falls Collaborative, the Business Improvement District of Glens Falls, the City of Glens Falls, all event sponsors and their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. By submitting this form, I agree with all statements in this waiver.
* Non-members, who have storefronts on Glen Street with City-designated sidewalk easements may also participate, but only from within their easements.
