PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING

Event Format changed this season - Panels can now be made up from a minimum of 3 men and 3 women
- Players can only be submitted to one team panel
- All players must have correct BI number and Grade inserted otherwise entry will be denied
- Teams are only allowed to enter one team per grade
- All players must be affiliated to Badminton Ireland by 15th January 2026
- All players must have the correct grade by 31st January 2026
- Players may only represent their Primary Club as listed on the membership system
