If your application is considered suitable, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your suitability in more detail, and a home check will then be arranged.

I confirm that I have answered all questions truthfully and understand that my application may be rejected if I am not deemed a suitable candidate.
I agree to BeKind passing my details to a third party for the purpose of carrying out a home check. My details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone other than the designated Home Checker.

I agree to pay the adoption fee in full before collecting my animal. I understand that this fee is non‑refundable should I decide at any stage that I no longer wish to keep the animal.
I agree that the animal will be kept as a companion animal only, and will not be used for hunting, fighting, or treated in any way that promotes aggressive behaviour.
I agree not to use any aversive equipment on my adopted animal, including but not limited to shock collars, check chains, or prong collars. I will use only kind, science‑based, ethical training methods as advised by BeKind Rescue.
If adopting an animal under 18 months old, I agree to book and pay for neutering/spaying as soon as the animal reaches an appropriate age (as advised by a vet). Until the procedure has taken place, I will take all necessary precautions to prevent my animal from impregnating another animal or becoming pregnant.
I agree to provide proof to BeKind Rescue once the neuter/spay has been completed.
I agree to keep annual vaccinations, flea and worming treatments, and insurance valid and up to date, as advised by a vet.
I agree to ensure that the information on the animal’s microchip remains accurate and to update the details whenever necessary.
I will not transfer possession or custody of my animal to any other person at any time, except for temporary, short‑term care such as veterinary treatment, grooming, or holiday care.
In the event of adopting a dog, I agree to attend positive, reward‑based training classes or one‑to‑one sessions as appropriate, and to seek guidance from a BeKind‑recommended professional regarding training needs.
I understand and agree that if I am no longer able to care for my pet, I will make arrangements for BeKind Rescue to resume ownership.

Adoption Fees:

Puppies up to 18 months: £550
Dogs 18 months to 6 years: £450
Dogs 6 years and over: £350
Kittens up to 18 months: £150
Cats 19 months and over: £100

BeKind will provide 5 weeks of free insurance with your adopted animal(s). I agree that my details may be shared with Agria Insurance to enable this. I understand that Agria will contact me 7 days after activation to discuss any requirements. There is no obligation to continue the policy after the 5 weeks.

Please note: Whilst every effort is made to match you with the right animal, behaviour cannot be guaranteed. We ask that you contact us immediately if you experience any issues so we can offer guidance and support.
