100% of the package total is due at booking. If the fee is not submitted within 24 hours, this contract will be null/void and the session may be givin to next client.
Payments can be made via CashApp ($AspencePhoto) or Venmo (@ASpencePhoto). If you prefer a different method please let me know.
Images will be delivered within 2 weeks after the date of the session. Images are delivered via Pictime online gallery. Ornaments will be delivered to your home within 2-3 weeks of your session. I will notify you when they are ready
Images will be deleted from online gallery 30 days after they have been released to you. After you have downloaded your images, they will be added to an external hardrive. If Client ever needs images pulled from archives an additional fee will occur.
The content of the gallery is in discretion of Amber Spence. Amber will hand pick about 20 photos for you to choose your package total. If applicable, client may request to purchase more digitals or upgrade package.
Amber Spence Photography is not responsible for lack of images, due to clients lack of participation and cooperation. Only usable images will be edited and added to clients gallery. Client will not have the right to see unedited photos and can not request unedited photos.
Amber Spence Photography will retain the full copyright on all images (including digital files). Client is prohibited from further editing of images. Client may not, for any reason sell their images to any third party.
If your digital images are damaged or lost prior to viewing your gallery for any reason by the photographer, only then will your retainer fee will be refunded in full. No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction with your images. Print products may not be returned for any reason other than damage or error on the part of the photographer at time of delivery. If your product is damaged on the part of the photographer, it will be exchanged and re-ordered for the same product, undamaged. If your product includes error by the photographer, your product will be exchanged and re-ordered for the same product, error free. There are no refunds or exchanges on any digital products. No refund will be given due to lack of subject cooperation.
Tardiness on the client's part may result in reduced shooting time, which may result in less images presented by the photographer. The photographer cannot guarantee a time extension on sessions and will not cut into the shooting time of another session to make-up for lost time.
If client requests to reschedule, cancel the session date, or fails to show-up at a scheduled session this will result in the retainer being forfeited.
*No cameras/camcorders/any type of recording device (this includes cell phone cameras) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangement has been made between client and photographer, including a written agreement. The photographer will not continue if there are other cameras or video taping during the session.
*Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 15 minutes prior to the start of session.
*Please do not bring any children or adults not being photographed to the session. Parents of child being photographed are allowed.
