FIRST UNITED REALTY & MANAGEMENT DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS UNLESS WRITTEN PERMISSION HAS BEEN GRANTED. Applicant understands a non refundable pet fee will be required per pet in the event that permission to have pet is granted. Furthermore, applicant understands that applicant will be financially responsible for any and all pet damages including, but not limited to, cleaning, carpet cleaning and/or treatment, pest control fees and any other pet related injury to home.
