Upon approval of application, I/we understand that we will provide First United Realty a non-refundable good faith security deposit in the form of a cashiers bank check or money order. ** Please Note: In the event your application is accepted you will be responsible for transferring any and all utilities at specified property in to your name as of your move in date specified on page one. If you fail to make this transfer, any and all utility bills received by First United Realty and Management during your stay will incur a 25% convenience fee along with total bill reimbursement due to First United Realty and Management, or disconnection of utility will occur. ** BE ADVISED: Applicant and/or applicant’s agent is responsible for verifying all information about property including but not limited to school assignments and utility providers and sources. ** Please Note: First United Realty and Management requires a 30 _ day written notice of intent to vacate the above mentioned property, in accordance with and along with full execution of the rental agreement. FIRST UNITED REALTY & MANAGEMENT DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS UNLESS WRITTEN PERMISSION HAS BEEN GRANTED. Applicant understands a non refundable pet fee will be required per pet in the event that permission to have pet is granted. Furthermore, applicant understands that applicant will be financially responsible for any and all pet damages including, but not limited to, cleaning, carpet cleaning and/or treatment, pest control fees and any other pet related injury to home.
