This award recognizes an outstanding school nurse for his/ her contribution to the school and community. To be eligible for this award, your school nurse must meet the following criteria:

Hold a License in the State of New Hampshire as a Registered Nurse
Currently practicing school nurse with minimum 3 years school nurse experience
Current and 2 continuous years of membership in NHSNA

This should be an open nomination process to allow for collaboration with the Nominee and facilitate collection of pertinent supporting documentation.
