Exhibitor Block (10+) Request Form

WOCNext 2023, slated for June 4-7, 2023 (exhibiting dates of June 4-6, 2023) is being held at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada. See the Event Schedule/Important Event Dates here.

WOCN Society / WOCNext has obtained favorable rates which in turn obligate us to fill them. Possible negative implications for not filling our commitments are erased when booking your hotel room needs through these particular hotels. Staying at one of these three hotels means you will be surrounded by your friends and colleagues - achieving a certain piece of mind.

Room blocks are limited. We urge you to determine your needs by February 1, 2023 and create your room block sooner than later to secure your preferred hotel(s). This form will request your preferred hotel and number of room nights for the nights of June 1 - 8. Once this form is completed it will be reviewed by the WOCNext team and then you will be connected directly with our housing representative to provide payment information and secure your block.

If reserving a group of 10 or more sleeping rooms, this form must be completed to secure your hotel room block. To reserve 1 to 9 rooms, please make individual reservations directly online here.

• Should WOCN® Society be penalized with attrition (a Society-paid financial liability) by the hotel due to poor performance AND exhibitor fails to fulfill 80% of the requested room block, exhibitor will be invoiced by WOCN® Society for balance of unused room nights up to 80% of the final confirmed hotel room block.
• Occupant names of sleeping rooms are due April 24, 2023.
• Sleeping rooms are available at special rates through May 19, 2023, subject to availability. On Friday, May 19, 2023, your room block becomes the final confirmed hotel room block. Any penalties applied will be based on the room nights within the final confirmed hotel room block.

• Please indicate the number of rooms on a nightly basis required. Room type requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• This initial hotel block requested for WOCNext 2023 cannot be more than 10% above the final actual room nights used during WOCNext 2022 in Fort Worth, TX. Only WOCN Meeting Staff can honor exceptions (bpassy@wocn.org). Waiting for approval may delay your hotel reservation confirmation(s).

The above rates are per guestroom, per night, single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to applicable resort fees and governmental room taxes.

The credit card provided will be used for guarantee purposes and only charged if cancelled within the penalty period. Any penalties due to poor performance or cancels within 72 hours prior to day of arrival, will be charged against this card on file. This policy will be strictly enforced by WOCN® Society.

Please contact hotel prior to check-in if the guest(s) will not be responsible for their hotel charges and separate billing arrangements will need to be done with the hotel directly. 

Changes and cancellations are subject to availability and should be made directly with Caesars Guest Reservations through Friday, May 19, 2023.

Cancellations within 72 hours prior to day of arrival will forfeit one (1) night’s room and tax and cancel penalty will be collected by the hotel. This will be counted towards your overall actualized pick up.

• Room lists are due by Monday, April 24, 2023.
• On Monday, April 24, 2023, your room block becomes a final confirmed hotel room block. Any penalties applied will be based on the room nights within this final confirmed hotel room block. 
• After Friday, May 19, 2023, the negotiated group discount will be based upon hotel room availability.
• June 30, 2023, Statement of attrition charges assessed (if applicable) and emailed to exhibitors.
