Exhibitor Block (10+) Request Form

WOCNext 2025, scheduled for June 1-3, 2025 is being held at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, Florida. See the Event Schedule Dates here.

In order for WOCN to secure lower rates and an adequate number of rooms in any city, we must sign attrition clauses with the individual hotels. These are contractual agreements hotels require to protect against losses from no shows and cancellations after the cut-off date. In the past, attrition penalties have been incurred to WOCN due to hotel rooms either being cancelled or simply unused. As a result, before receiving housing confirmations, WOCN is requiring that all companies with a block of 10 or more rooms read and sign an attrition agreement protecting WOCN against these preventable charges. Once your hotel requests and signed attrition agreement have been received and reviewed, you will be sent a confirmation letter.

If reserving a group of 10 or more sleeping rooms, this form must be completed to secure your hotel room block. To reserve 1 to 9 rooms, please make individual reservations directly online here.

Total Room Nights are defined as the sum of rooms booked on each night for all dates of your requested block as of April 25, 2025.

Companies may release up to 20% of the Total Room Nights from April 25, 2025 until checkout without penalty. Companies that actualize less than 80% of their Total Room Nights will be charged for the difference in room nights, plus taxes by the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society.

• Please indicate the number of rooms on a nightly basis required. Room type requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• This initial hotel block requested for WOCNext 2025 cannot be more than 10% above the final actual room nights used during WOCNext 2024 in Cleveland, OH. Only WOCN Meeting Staff can honor exceptions (bpassy@wocn.org). Waiting for approval may delay your hotel reservation confirmation(s).

*The above rates are per guestroom, per night, single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to applicable governmental room taxes. This rate also includes a special negotiated resort fee.

Once your request it confirmed the WOCNext Housing Department will be in touch to collect your credit card information. The credit card provided will be kept on file and used for guarantee purposes and will only be charged if cancelled within 72 hours prior to the day of arrival or for penalties due to poor performance. Cancellations within 72 hours prior to the day of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax. This policy will be strictly enforced by WOCN® Society.

Please contact hotel prior to check-in if the guest(s) will not be responsible for their hotel charges and separate billing arrangements will need to be done with the hotel directly. 

Changes and cancellations are subject to availability and should be made directly with the Orlando World Center Marriott.

Cancellations within 72 hours prior to day of arrival will be charged one (1) night’s room and tax and cancel penalty will be collected by the hotel. This will be counted towards your overall actualized pick up.

• Room lists are due by Friday, April 25, 2025.
• On Friday, April 25, 2025, your room block becomes a final confirmed hotel room block. Any penalties applied will be based on the room nights within this final confirmed hotel room block. 
• After Wednesday, May 7, 2025, the negotiated group discount will be based upon hotel room availability.
• July 1, 2025, Statement of attrition charges assessed (if applicable) and emailed to exhibitors.
