Terms for Canceling Orders

As per our terms and conditions of sale we only allow orders that have not yet shipped to be canceled. Orders can be canceled without a fee within two days of the order being placed. A 5% cancellation fee will apply to order cancellations after the first two days. This is to cover costs incurred when the order was placed.

Terms for Returns

As per our terms and conditions of sale we accept returns of items that meet the following guidelines:

• Products purchased from Ricmotech may be returned within the first 14 days after being received.
• Products must be new, unused and in its original packaging.
• A $5 or 15% minimum re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) applies to all returns for refund.
• The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund.

Some Information about Shipping

• USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed express delivery service.
• Shipping carriers count shipping days as business days only.
• Some carriers may deliver on weekends and holidays to catch up on backlogs, but these are not considered as days in transit.
• Package tracking is not available if your selected shipping method indicates "No Tracking". Tracking information shown is  only for the customs form.
• Foreign mail carriers may not pass tracking information back to the US Postal Services. Please track your package via your local postal carrier website.
