TIMELINE & TURNAROUND.

The standard turnaround time is seven business days, but it is usually completed sooner.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

We can only use professional, high-resolution photos taken by a professional photographer.

Agent-taken photos (cell phone images, web-res, screenshots, etc.) cannot be accepted. Please click here to see the photo and video standards.

You may only feature photos of listings that you personally represented (listed or sold). We cannot use another agent’s or photographer’s images without written permission.

PROOFING

Proofing is an important step. It is YOUR responsibility to check for any errors before printing. Please carefully check spelling, DREs, phone numbers, and all content for accuracy. An approval to send an ad to print is confirmation that you have reviewed the proofs thoroughly, agree that all content in the proof(s) is correct, and hereby release DLRE from liability for any content errors that should be discovered after production begins.
