We do not accept photos taken by the agent for print marketing. All photos must be high-res professional photos taken by a professional photographer.

Do not call designer with any edits or approval. You must provide your edits and or approval via email. All phone calls must be followed-up with an email confirming any verbal requests. This includes approval.

Proofing is an important step. It is YOUR responsibility to check for any errors prior to printing. Please carefully check spelling, DRE's, phone numbers and all content for accuracy. An approval to send an ad to print is confirmation that you have reviewed the proofs completely, agree that all content in the proof(s) is correct, and hereby release DLRE from liability for any content errors that should be discovered after production begins
DO NOT PRESS SUBMIT WITHOUT PROVIDING ALL AD CONTENT, INCLUDING COPY, PHOTOS AND MORE. AD SUBMISSIONS WITHOUT AD CONTENT WILL BE DELETED AND NEW FORM WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED WITH ALL THE FIELDS PROPERLY FILLED IN AND ALL AD CONTENT PROVIDED. THANKS!
