  • Please note: This form is for ADOPTION only. If you wish to FOSTER a dog, please complete this form

    Please complete our application form only if you are absolutely serious about adopting one of our dogs to avoid putting unnecessary pressure on our volunteers. It takes valuable time to process applications, reach out to our home check team, arrange for a home check to be carried out and a meet and greet for you with the dog.

    If you are uncertain about what owning a rescue dog may entail, please download and read our Adoptions Consideration and other documents on our website for more information. 

  • Your application will be reviewed by our team. If successful, we will contact you to make arrangements for a home check and for your and your family to meet the dog you wish to adopt or foster. 

    If you do not hear back from us within a week, please assume that your application has been unsuccessful.

    We promise that your data will be used only to respond to your enquiry. It will not be used for otherwise, without your explicit consent and will never, ever be shared with a third party.

    • To the Dogs Walk This Way Rescue adoption process and that I will undergo a homecheck, and interview at the discretion of Dogs Walk This Way Rescue
    • That Dogs Walk This Way Rescue  will check my references including veterinary and personal. 
    • That if I my application is successful, I will pay Dogs Walk This Way an adoption fee of £450 to cover costs of vaccinations etc.  I understand this will ensure the organization is equipped to rescue another homeless dog.
