The SLM Group is an independent contractor of graphic/web & marketing design services. All graphic design services require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to commencement of any project. Website builds require the greater of 50% or $250 as the non-refundable deposit. Cancelled projects will result in the loss of all funds paid toward the project. All marketing/print materials will be proofread & spell checked by our editor on staff. In the rare case that a design does not meet the clients' satisfaction, a personal meeting/via phone, office, or live chat may be requested to ensure client satisfaction. NO WEBSITE OR DESIGN WILL BE RELEASED FOR USE UNTIL THE BALANCE IS FULLY PAID. Payments may be made in the form of PayPal, credit card or cash ONLY. Paid-In-Full orders are considered priority above all other orders.
