VENDOR RULES/POLICY | PLEASE READ
There is a $45 Non-Refundable Application fee. Your Application fee MUST accompany your application paid by Square at the time of submission by credit card. Submission of your application will then be reviewed by our staff as part of the jury process. Upon review of your application and approval, you will be notified by our staff will be sent out by e-mail and/or postal mail.
This event will continue, rain, snow or shine and will not be cancelled or moved due to inclement weather unless an act of god would constitute. Refunds will not be issued due to incliment weather.
No parking will be provided or comped for these events in most cases, but we do require vendors to obey all parking instructions to ensurer attendees have nearby, adjacent parking options.. There are a number of paid parking lots available in the area. We suggest that you arrive early to secure your parking for this event.
Overnight Security will be on-site ONLY for all two day events. Your booth and merchandise must be YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Northwest marketplaces, Piranha Blonde Interactive, City of Seattle, and/or any other parties involved DO NOT assume responsibility for injury to persons, or loss/damage to any property of the vendors, including theft.
Books, Records, and Inspections:
Every vendor shall keep accurate books and accounts of the matters upon the basis of which the Use Fee and other payments specified in Article 1 are to be computed and ascertained. Such books and records shall be open and available for inspection by the organizers upon the official request of the Director during regular working hours between Monday and Friday during or after the Term of this Agreement and at any time during the Term of this Agreement. County will keep the information acquired from the examination of such books and records confidential and it will not disclose any of such information directly or indirectly or use such information for any purpose during the Term of this Agreement or any time thereafter; EXCEPT with respect to the disclosure of information concerning the amount of the Use Fee and other payments made to the County pursuant to Article 1, and EXCEPT with respect to the disclosure of information which is required by the laws of the State of Washington.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth and service area they occupy for the duration of the festival. Dumpsters are provided for trash and recyclable materials, but vendors are responsible for providing and maintaining their own separate trash and compost containers at all times. Any failure to remove materials/waste at the end of the event may result in a minimum clean-up charge of $200. Please check in with our staff prior to your exit to esure you have been approved.
The vendor deposit fee is non-refundable 10 days after receipt of payment. In the case of a cancellation, the vendor can sell their location to a replacement vendor as long as permission has been given and replacement vendor is approved by from festival staff. Any late entries will not have a guaranteed spot but will be considered on a case by case basis and subject to a $50 late fee charge.
Every participating food vendor must include and list the production company, (Piranha Blonde, Inc) as additional insured with $1,000,000 (one million) aggregate and provide copy prior to entrance to protect us from food illness and sickness by vendor vehicle or booth. This is required 2 weeks prior to all events.

Failure to do so will result in losing your space and festival booth fees without exception.
King County Health and Fire Department:
By filling out this application, you are agreeing to have the appropriate King County Health and Fire Permits and meets all regulations pertaining to requirements as established by these county departments prior to participation in scheduled event. Any vendor who is found out of compliance with these permits/regulations on the day of the event will not be allowed to vend and will forfeit all fees paid to Piranha Blonde. Additional permit fees and penalties may be required by Public Health Department.
All Vendors must obtain food handlers card & temp. food service permit from Department of Pubic Health. Additional permit fees and penalties may be required by Public Health Department, so please make sure that you are in compliance for all festivals you are approved for.

Information distribution, promotional give-a-ways, and selling of goods may only take place at your specified booth space unless otherwise specified. Roaming with the intent of promoting or selling merchandise is NOT allowed unless authorized by the Piranha Blonde, Inc.- No alcoholic beverages, drugs, loud music, balloons, or television unless authorized by Piranha Blonde, Inc event staff.- The Piranha Blonde, Inc reserves the right to remove any content it does not consider suitable for a general audience of adults and children.- The Piranha Blonde, Inc will remove anyone, from the festival, failing to cooperate with the officials or comply with the rules and policy.
