To be used ONLY for brand NEW Memberships between July 1 and December 31. If you are applying in June, your membership will start July 1st.

• Single (1 person; 1 vote; 1 newsletter / address)
• Family (2 people at same address; 2 votes; 1 newsletter / address)

PRORATED FEES - (July 1 - December 31) - applicable only if the applicant is BRAND NEW to the club.  Six (6) month membership; receives 1 - 3 newsletters depending on when the application is received.  You have the option of paying for a subsequent full year if you wish to be paid up until December 31st of the following calendar year.

NEW MEMBERS   Members must be age 18 or older and must be eligible to be members of The Canadian Kennel Club.  New members are probationary for 1 year.  Membership includes 6 newsletters / year.  

CODE OF ETHICS AND BYLAWS  All applicants must agree to uphold the Vizsla Society of Ontario's Bylaws (2024) and Code of Conduct (2020). Therefore you are advised to review them before completing this application.

PIPEDA - Collection, Protection and Use of Personal InformationUnder the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (S.C. 2000, c. 5), the Vizsla Society of Ontario Inc. [VSO] collects personal data including name, address, CKC membership#, telephone and email information for the purpose of establishing eligibility of membership and elections, distributing materials relating to club business, operating its programs and services, and for publishing a membership directory. In accordance with its bylaws, the VSO publishes the name and contact information of new members for comment in its newsletter. The VSO does not and will not share, publish, sell, or distribute personal information to/with other organizations without the written consent of its members. To help promote the club and answer enquiries from the public and general membership, Board Members/Directors agree to have their names, emails and/or telephone numbers published on the club’s website.  By submitting this document and ticking the box below, the applicant(s) gives consent to the VSO for the collection and use of his/her personal information as noted above for the purposes outlined herein. If you do not give consent, you won't be able to apply for or renew your membership.

Prorated Membership Fees

NOTE: Prorated Memberships are available only from July to December. Whether you are re-applying as a lapsed member OR applying as a new member during July to December, you can also elect to pay for a full year's membership for the following calendar year at the same time by picking both proporated and annual options.
