Account Specialist Position Description:
- Prepares pins to be scheduled, including but not limited to, updating all descriptions, keywords, hashtags, and any other changes necessary to ensure the pins are sent out to the best sources.
- Complete continuous training and ongoing education on changes in all platforms related to the position. (including, but not limited to, Pinterest, Tailwind).
- Provide information to the client and team by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; responding to requests by clients and/or team leads.
- Developing plans and strategies to further help clients. Including troubleshooting by investigating issues, composing responses to the client and/or team leads, and advising team leads of potential problems.
- Prepare monthly reports by collecting and analyzing information from programs.
- Participate in conversations with other team members on the Slack channels.
- Serve clients through monthly strategy calls as needed, offering feedback and strategies to improve ROI.
- Attend team bi-monthly meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Google operating systems (Chrome, Drive, Word Docs, Spreadsheets, etc).
- Ability to work remotely, using effective time management skills to manage Pinterest Accounts and Analytics our clients and join in team conversation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with teammates.
- Ability to take on new accounts as the team director assigns with an ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Ability to speak and strategize with clients on the phone and/or zoom calls.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a trial position, with the expectation to go to full time after the initial trial of 90 days. This position requires the ability to take on clients as deemed fit by team leads and team director. This is NOT for someone who has clients on the side, or is trying to build their own business. If hired you will be required to sign a non-compete clause and will be working soley for the agency.
