THE IMPORTANT STUFF:
1. All artwork must be original by the artist, available for purchase, and cannot have been previously shown in the Hardy & Nance Gallery. Photographic prints, digital art prints, and prints made using hand printmaking techniques are acceptable.
2. There is no price cap on art for this show.
3. All 2D art MUST be 10 inches by 10 inches in size. We will allow up to a 1/4" (0.25 in) variance; no more, no less. This includes the outter dimensions of frames if framing your artwork. Please no diamond orientation or other shaped canvases. Keep it a 10x10 square.
4. 3D art MUST reach 10” x 10” x 10” at its highest, widest, and deepest points. (Imagine an invisible 10x10x10 box...some portion of the sculpture must touch all sides of the 10x10x10 box.) Again, we will allow up to a 1/4" variance.
5. All 2D artwork must have hardware ready for hanging. This can include sawtooth, keyhole, d-rings, picture wire, etc. Learn how to wire your art HERE. No Loose Paper. Art on paper must be either framed, matted, in sleeves, or mounted.
6. Read rule #5 again. We may reject your work if not properly prepared for installation.
7. All pieces should be labeled on the back with: Artist’s Name, Title, and Contact Info.
8. Drop-off: Artwork needs to be delivered on Saturday, January 10, 2026 (12pm-5pm) and Sunday, January 11, 2026 (12-4pm). Delivery accepted through Door G entrance. *Due to large quantity of pieces and time needed to install the art, we cannot accept any late artwork.
9. Pick-up Day: Date & Time TBD - Any art left behind will be considered abandoned and done with as H&N Studios sees fit.
• Curators reserve the right to reject any artwork during drop off that doesn't meet our requirements.
