In order to provide the best possible service and maintain the highest quality of certified personal trainers, we must adhere to the following policy. Please carefully read through the following terms of agreement:
I. The Role of the Personal Trainer:
- Your Personal Trainer is responsible for scheduling all personal training sessions with you.
- Personal training sessions are to take place in your home, your building’s gym, virtually, or, with your written permission, outside in park.
II. Personal Trainer Communication:
- If for some reason you need to cancel, please contact your Energetic Parents Trainer first.

III. Client Signature Sheets and Payment:
- Each Personal Trainer carries a Signature Sheet for the parent or caregiver to sign.
- Payment for each program is due in full prior to the start of the first personal training session.
- All sessions are payable in advance. Check or Credit Cards are accepted.
- Sessions are non-refundable, but can be used by another family member within six months.
Energetic Juniors Virtual and Park Sessions Cancellation Policy
This is the Energetic Parents Policy for Park Workouts (during the Covid-19 period, while no in-home sessions can be scheduled).
Cancellation Policy for Virtual Sessions
- As usual, cancellation of sessions — via email or text to your child’s trainer — must be received at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
Cancellation Policy for Park Workouts Only
Energetic Parents normally has a 24-hour cancellation policy, but since the sessions will be outdoors, we will be happy to make the following adjustment.
- If there is a forecast of bad weather, you should reach out — via email or text to your child’s trainer — no later than 6:00 p. m. the evening before the outdoor session, to confirm, cancel, or change to a virtual session, to avoid being charged.
