In order to provide the best possible service and maintain the highest quality of certified personal trainers, we must adhere to the following policy. Please carefully read through the following terms of agreement:
I. Cancellation Policy:
You must provide your Personal Trainer with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. If cancellation is less than 24 hours we need to charge for that session. (Rescheduling a session cancelled in less then 24 hours is considered a new session.)
II. Personal Trainer Communication:
Please contact Bonita Porte directly at 212-879-1566 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you can’t reach your assigned trainer.
III. Client Signature Sheets and Payment:
Each Personal Trainer carries a Signature Sheet for you to sign upon completion of each session.
All sessions are payable in advance. Check, Cash or Credit Cards are accepted.
Sessions are non refundable, but may be used by another family member within six months.
