• Food-related booths are not permitted.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing all materials required for booth setup, including up to two 6-foot tables per booth.
• Tarangini will provide chairs only; vendors are responsible for bringing all other booth setup materials.
• Booth placement will be assigned by Tarangini and may not be changed without prior approval.
• Access to electricity, if needed, must be requested in advance and is not guaranteed.
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their display within the assigned booth space and for keeping surrounding walkways clear.
• Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth space after the event.
• A $50 cleanup fee will apply if the booth space is not left clean.
• Tarangini is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged vendor items.
• Any special setup requests must be shared in advance and approved by Tarangini.
