Concert Requests - LSWO Staff will make every attempt to accomodate your first choice for concerts. Staff will be in touch with you after your school is confirmed. 

 

 

Transportation Voucher / Classroom Donation Request
In order to receive the transportation voucher or donation, each school must complete the Lone Star Kids Concert Evaluation. The evaluation surveys the following:

• instructor's concert experience
• classroom demographic information
• students' concert experience 
  • instructor is asked to have students write letters about their experiences to be uploaded to the portal or emailed to LSWO. Five to six letters will suffice

Donations to Music Program
Donations to music programs are given to schools upon request. Instructors must complete the survey and upload the following:

• a letter requesting the donation with specifics about how the funds will be used in the classroom
  • letter should be placed on school letterhead and signed by both the principal and instructor. 

Vouchers for Transportation
Instructors should request transportation for the concert(s) through your normal district protocols. LSWO will provide funds after the concert and after the instructor has completed the evalution and sent the letter of request to LSWO personnel.

  • letter should be placed on school letterhead and signed by the instructor.
