Due to high holiday volume, we changed our exchange process, for the rest of the year to be more efficient so we can complete it quickly.
We send your store credit to the email on the order for the item(s) so you can use it to reorder the same item in a different size or a different style that may cost more or less, any extra shipping cost on the original order will be excluded as it was paid to the United States Postal Service to deliver it to you.
Your store credit will be issued when your item is received back after inspection.
If you purchased your item(s) while on sale or using a promo/discount code we don't offer returns or exchanges, as those sales are final.
Our recent sales have made all purchases final. If you purchased your order without a discount or not on sale then your order will be eligible for an exchange/return. Please contact us by email with your order number so we can verify.
However, we have disabled this form until further notice due to the incorrect submissions on final sale items.
If you purchased 2XL & UP $7 will be subtracted from your store credit due to additional cost to produce.
Custom items cannot be exchanged or return as it was made for you.
After we verify your item wasn't purchased on sale. You will receive full store credit for the item(s). Since it wasn't on sale, purchased with a promo/discount code, or a 2XL & Up.
