Here's our small bit of terms to agree to, before we come out to shoot for you:

 

The VueFinders, LLC, has the ability to use the photos taken on any of our social media, website, or any other form of media.

 

Under basic copyright law, the photographer, (The VueFinders, LLC) still owns the rights to the photos. This means that you can not sell the photos or re-distribute them to anyone without direct authorization from us. We retain the right to re-sell the photos to other clients.

 

You will only be charged upon delivery of photos, not when you authorize your card via our website. (Although you may see a temporary authorization for $1, from our payment processor. It will be reversed.)

 

If we are unable to shoot due to unmade beds, an uncleaned house, or any other similar situation, a $75 travel fee will be added to your final bill. (Note: This does NOT mean weather. If there's a weather issue (rain, storm) we will contact you about rescheduling and no fee will be added.)

 

There is no cancellation fee, but, we would greatly appreciate if you could double check that the property is able to be shot the day/night before it's scheduled.

 

Any reshoots needed will be $75 or more (depending on the amount of photos that need to be re-taken.)
